Q: I forgot my username.
A: Click here, enter your email address into the form and submit. If the email address is found, your password will be reset and your username and a new password will be sent to you by email. Once your receive the new password, login to your account and change the password to something easier to remember. (See How can I change my password?.) You may also click the Forgot your username? link in the Online Subscriber Login section of the main login screen. The login screen can be accessed by clicking on Subscriber Login in the upper left-hand side of any page of the site. Q: My password does not work.
A: Check the caps lock on your keyboard. The username and password are case sensitive. If the expiration date of your subscription is more than three months ago, then you won't have access to the web site. Check the expiration date found on the label of your magazine.

Q: While I was logged in I got this message:
Automatic Logout. Another browser has been used to log in to your account. Your account allows only one active login at a time. Therefore, you have been logged out of WORLDMag.com A: For security reasons your username may only be used on one computer or browser at a time. This message usually indicates that another user has accessed your account from another computer (ex. a work computer) or that you are accessing the site using a different browser than the last time you logged in. Occasionally this message may occur if you do not have "cookies" enabled on your computer. To check this, in your browser go to Tools/Internet Options (or something similar) in your browser and click on the Privacy, Security, or Cookies tab and adjust the settings. (Search for "cookies" in your browser help tool for more information on how to do this.) If this does not solve your log-in issues, please contact technical support or call customer service at 1-800-951-6397. |

A: Login to WORLDMag.com and then click on My Account in the upper left hand side of your screen. (At this point you may be asked to re-enter your login information as a security measure.) On your My WORLDMAg.com Account screen click on Update my account information. Enter a new password and then re-enter it to confirm it is correct. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters. Q: I have an account, but when I try to login or create an account it says, Account info not found.
A: Make sure that you are entering the account number correctly. Do not enter the zeroes before the number. Make sure you are entering the zip code correctly.
