Notable speech: Margaret Thatcher’s "The Lady’s not for turning"
This official title of this speech by British Prime Minister Margaret Thatcher is “The Reason Why,” but it has become known as “The Lady’s not for turning.” The speech was delivered at an October 1980 conference of Britain’s Conservative Party.

The funeral for Baroness Thatcher, who died this week at the age of 87, is scheduled for Wednesday, April 17, at St. Paul’s Cathedral, London.
