In June, IRS Commissioner John Koskinen told lawmakers on Capitol Hill that 2 years worth of Lois Lerner’s emails will never be recovered due to a crashed hard drive. Following a suit filed by Judicial Watch, the Justice Department says the emails do indeed exist.
