Washington Cardinal Donald Wuerl doubts that an American pope will replace Pope Benedict. Libyans celebrate the second anniversary of the death of Moammar Gadhafi. Meanwhile, four missionaries have been arrested in Libya on the suspicion of distributing Christian literature and proselytizing. Senator Mike Johanns of Nebraska steps down after just one term.
