Texas Republican Senator John Cornyn turns up the heat on an investigation of national security leaks out of the Obama administration, calling for a special council to find the leaks and stop them - he doesn't trust the administration to investigate itself, and it looks as though a planned House vote will go forward citing Attorney General Eric Holder in contempt, and Monday Supreme Court justices refused to take up a case on a war memorial cross and whether it can remain on public land.
