GOP lawmakers growing impatient with Attorney General Eric Holder's slow compliance with the subpoena for documents that relate to Operation Fast and Furious, and Senate Republicans demanded yesterday he turn over to an independent council an inquiry into national security leaks - Holder refused. Mass. judge finds the rights of an atheist couple and their kids are not being violated when the words "under God" are recited in the Pledge of Allegiance in their local public schools. And American wealth dropped nearly 40 percent between 2007 and 2010.
