Wisconsin voters set to decide tomorrow whether to recall the Republican Gov. Scott Walker, who took on public employee unions to tame a budget deficit without raising taxes - Union Interests organized the recall effort. With bad economic news last week, and interests rates near zero, quantitative easing is pretty much the only option for the feds.
