Remembering Robert Bork, federal appeals court grants two colleges to proceed with case against Obamacare, Benghazi report released, President Obama to attend prayer meeting after inauguration
Robert Bork, 1980s Supreme Court nominee and legal analyst, passed away on Wednesday. A federal appeals court rules that Belmont Abbey and Wheaton colleges can proceed with their case against the government mandated healthcare. The report on Benghazi is released and cites "systematic failures" to explain what happened during the Sept. 11 attacks. The Obama inaugural committee says the president plans to attend a prayer meeting the day after he is sworn into office.
