FBI spokesman Terry Booth on the search for Jimmy Hoffa, who disappeared in 1975. A tip led agents to dig for Hoffa's body at a farm in rural Michigan last week.

Sen. Arlen Specter (R-Pa.), chairman of the Judiciary Committee, after Sen. Russ Feingold (D-Wisc.) said he would leave a committee meeting to protest a marriage amendment to the Constitution. The committee approved the measure, which is scheduled for a June 5 vote in the full Senate. Mr. Specter brought up the measure after the Georgia Supreme Court struck down a voter-approved ban on gay marriage.
