U.S. Sen. Sam Brownback (R-Kan.) on discerning Supreme Court nominee Harriet Miers' views on controversial court cases. The conservative senator told ABC's Diane Sawyer there's a "good chance" he would vote against Ms. Miers if she views Roe v. Wade as "settled law."

Frank Mazzotti, a University of Florida wildlife professor, on the battle for supremacy in the Florida Everglades food chain between native alligators and non-native pythons (released into the Everglades by pet owners).
