Actress Fay Wray, in a 1963 interview, on her fame as the woman caught in King Kong's grip in the 1933 movie King Kong. Ms. Wray died last week at age 96.

"We learned to stand up for ourselves."

Marisa Miller-Stockie, 12, of St. Louis on what she and a friend learned after a city inspector shut down their lemonade stand because they didn't have a business license. Attention from a local television station prompted the city to allow the stand to operate.
