Technology Asian bootleggers are circulating a beefed-up version of Microsoft's Windows operating system, which is touted as the successor to the security-plagued XP system. Code-named "Longhorn," the new Windows OS isn't expected until 2005, but the unauthorized software underscores the problem of foreign piracy. (Story, page 42.)
