Those who committed this crime are guilty, as are those who approved of it for decades. We are all guilty.

Russian President Boris Yeltsin, at the reburial of the remains of Russia's last tsarist family. Mr. Yeltsin was referring to the 1918 Bolshevik murder and secret burial of Nicholas II and his family.
